The extraction of steam and smells from the bathroom area has become one of the major areas of consideration in the extraction business. The unit has a variable timer overrun so that it will continue to operate after the person leaves the bathroom. The timer can be set for an overrun of between 20 seconds and 20 minutes. This overrun time is adequate for almost any normal situation that will be found.
